Together with our logistics partners GLS and UPS this is no problem at all. Many companies have times for ordering and dispatch the same day until 2 pm or even earlier; with us it’s different. we set new standards here, too.

We keep our promises:

Orders paid cash on delivery reaching us before 4 pm, normally leave our company the same day. With our logistics partner UPS the consignment will reach you the next day – throughout Germany. When ordering via internet you also have the possibility to follow up your parcel from us directly to you. Please note that in case you pay via PayPal or payment in advance, a credit note to our bank account has to be effected first. Then, your order can be settled.

Deliveries within Europe

Orders within Europe will reach you within 24 hours by UPS Express. 7 working days for parcel post may be needed for transport to international foreign countries. We ship our parcels worldwide with „Deutsche Post“ or UPS.
