With which parcel service will be delivered?
We deliver by UPS. The minute your order leaves our house you get an e-mail so you can follow your order on-line.
Does RaceChip damage the engine of my car?
No, because at the development of engines the vehicle manufacturers allow for power reserves which we use with RaceChip. Because RaceChip only accesses when you really call up the power (for example when accelerating), the claimed components like engine, clutch, gear, breaks are claimed more. All dry-running operations of the engine are obtained. For every kind of engine tuning we recommend to do it only at constant attendance of gear belt, oil change etc.
Can I install RaceChip without motor vehicle knowing?
Yes, the installation is easy. All you need for the installation is included in the scope of delivery already.
Can I use RaceChip after I changed my vehicle?
Yes, if your new vehicle is a common-rail diesel as well or is ulterior compatible, you can take RaceChip with you. It may be that you need a new cable. That is available at our shop for best price.
What kind of payment facilities are there?
We offer you 4 quick and safe payment facilities. Cash on delivery, prepayment, PayPal or cash when collecting. Via Paypal it is possible to pay by credit card (Visa or Eurocard) and direct debit.
I´m bargainer. Do I get a special price?
Yes. We have especially for bargainers of motorcar and tuning branch separate prices as soon as you buy a certain amount. To adept these please call us.
From which to which milage can i install RaceChip?
You can install RaceChip independently of the milage. Because of the gentle digital technique you don´t have any risks at all. A lot of car dealerships install RaceChip from the first km on. Admittedly you should observe the recommended running-in period of the manufacturer. We have as well customers who installed RaceChip far across 200.000km, not a problem at all because of our digital technique.
Do I get a goods vehicle test certificate?
Our products are delivered without a goods vehicle test certificate. Because we deliver worldwide and the standards of goods vehicle test certificates vary in every country, the customer has to worry about that himself. The quality of RaceChip makes a part certificate in case of a single decrease work without any problem. When single decrease please observe that there will be further costs.
Can you account for RaceChip after deinstallation?
No, after you deinstalled RaceChip it is not possible to tell that there was one in the vehicle. Different form the normal chiptuning where the original vehicle software is manipulated (OBD-Tuning) RaceChip is residue-free upgradeable.
Will there be a higher off-gas value?
No, no big carbon-particulate emission accrues, that´s why the considered off-gas value will be kept.
I have a particulate filter, can I install RaceChip anyways?
Yes, because of our digital technique it is possible to install RaceChip in your vehicle as well with a particulate filter as with none.
Can i save fuel although i do have more power? How´s that possible?
If your manner of driving stays the same like before the installation of RaceChip you won´t have any additional consumption but you clearly will feel the tuning. After the installation you should feel an articulate saving of fuel. Many satisfied customers tell us about a saving of up to 1,5 litres per 100km. That´s because of the higher torque you can keep driving in a higher gear as in the serial vehicle where you would have needed to choose a lower gear already.
Is there a remote control thereto?
No, because tuninkits with remote control are normally not EMV-tested so they are not safe for road traffic. We only deliver Chiptuning-tuningkits which are save for road traffic. That safety can´t be guaranteed because of a remote control. |
